How does the electronic gift voucher work?

Choose the amount. Proceed to checkout and pay for your order by entering your email address or the email address of the person who will receive the e-voucher (if you want them to be notified automatically by email; if not, you can pass the code on later).
You will receive a confirmation email for your order, followed by a second email with the electronic gift voucher. The second email contains the generated code that you can use when shopping on our website.
If you wish, you can print the voucher to give as a gift or pass on the code.

The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase!

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only possible within Germany.

Shipping costs (including VAT).

We charge shipping costs starting at €4.50 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 2 - 4 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
