§1. Organizer of the competition
1st The organizer of the competition is Daria Data Kerzenherstellung und Handel, with registered office at Lore-Kullmer-Str. 155, 93053 Regensburg, hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”.
2nd The competition will be held on the Instagram platform and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.
§2. Duration of the competition
1st The competition begins on December 7, 2024 and ends on December 12, 2024 (until 11:59 p.m.).
2nd The winner will be announced on December 13, 2024 in the organizer’s Instagram stories.
§3. Conditions of Participation
1st Only natural persons residing in Germany, Austria or Poland who are at least 18 years old can participate.
2nd To participate in the competition, the following conditions must be met:
a) Leave a comment under the competition post and write which scent of the candle you would like to win.
b) Share the competition post in your Instagram story and tag @d_dcandle.
3. Each participant can only take part in the competition once.
§4. Profit
1st The prize consists of a soy wax candle in the scent chosen by the winner .
2nd The prize cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for another prize.
§5. Determination of the winner
1st The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of participation.
2nd The organizer’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
§6. Prize collection
1st The winner will be notified via the organizer’s Instagram stories.
2nd The winner must contact the organizer via direct message on Instagram within 5 days of the prize announcement to provide the shipping address for the prize.
3. Shipping costs within Germany, Austria and Poland will be borne by the organizer.
§7. Data Protection
1st By participating, participants agree to the processing of their personal data (e.g. name, address), which is necessary for the conduct of the competition and the delivery of the prize.
2nd Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and will not be passed on to third parties.
§8. Final provisions
1st The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation during the competition, provided that this does not have a detrimental effect on the participants.

3. In case of violation of the conditions of participation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
